Shipping Information
Orders are shipped from our shop and we will ship via Motor Freight & UPS. All ATR trailers ship via motor freight and you will be charged the rate shown when you checkout.
We are able to deliver to most locations in the United States. However, due to UPS and carrier restrictions, we cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Please note that using Next Day or Second Day shipping does not mean that you will receive your order the next day. If the item you ordered is in stock, you may receive your item sooner than the normal delivery time. Delivery time is based on the time it takes to produce your item plus the shipping time. Please see Delivery Times for more details.
If you have ordered multiple items, they may ship separately and at different times. As a result, they may arrive to you at different times and in separate shipments. If you order a custom item, your order will take longer to produce. You will be notified as to when your item should ship to you.
Delivery Times
How long will it take for you to get the items you ordered? There are a couple of factors in this equation. You need to consider the time it takes to produce your item and the shipping method you selected.
Example: Production time + Shipping time = Delivery time
You order a product with a production time of 8 business days and choose ground shipping. Ground shipments take 7 to 10 business days to arrive. So you have the 8 production days plus the 7 to 10 days for shipment you have a total delivery time of 15 to 18 business days.
We can normally produce and ship your item within a reasonable time. When there is a problem with producing an item within a reasonable time, we will notify you. You will also receive at time of shipment a UPS Tracking Number or ABF Freight PRO number. Keep this handy as you can track your order at the UPS or ABF Freight websites. Custom items may take longer for shipment.
Production time is based on receiving your order with valid method of payment information. All times reflect business days.
Returns and Exchanges
Within 30 days of delivery of shipment, you may return or exchange any merchandise that's in new condition including original packaging and accessories.
Returns
Shipping is not refunded by Empire Welding and we do not charge a restocking fee if the return is a result of our error. If your return is NOT due to our error, we will deduct a 25% restocking fee from your refund. Refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of our receiving your return, refunds made by check may take slightly longer due to mailing times. Customer is responsible for shipping fees for all returns.
Exchanges
Shipping is paid for by Empire Welding and we do not charge a restocking fee if the exchange is a result of our error. If your exchange is NOT due to our error, a shipping charge and a 25% restocking fee will apply. We'll contact you for a preferred payment method.
All returns and exchanges require an RMA number. DO NOT return items to us without an RMA Number or you will not receive credit.
